Abstract

Individual weight loss outcomes with intensive behavioral therapy (IBT) for obesity are variable. The present study assessed whether visit attendance, dietary self-monitoring, medication, and meal-replacement adherence were associated with 52-week weight loss with IBT and tested whether these relationships were independent of associations with early weight loss.
