Short-term CDK4/6 Inhibition Radiosensitizes Estrogen Receptor-Positive Breast Cancers.
Article in Clinical cancer research : an official journal of the American Association for Cancer Research, 2020. The graph could read no effect estimate from its abstract, so it casts no vote on the map. Cited by 29 papers.
What it found
Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.
The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.
The trial behind it
Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.
Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract
purposeCyclin-dependent kinase 4/6 (CDK4/6) inhibitors have improved progression-free survival for metastatic, estrogen receptor-positive (ER EXPERIMENTAL
designTranscriptomic and proteomic analyses were used to identify significantly altered pathways after CDK4/6i. Clonogenic assays were used to quantify the radiotherapy enhancement ratio (rER). DNA damage was quantified using γH2AX staining and the neutral comet assay. DNA repair was assessed using RAD51 foci formation and nonhomologous end joining (NHEJ) reporter assays. Orthotopic xenografts were used to assess the efficacy of combination therapy.
resultsPalbociclib significantly radiosensitized multiple ER
conclusionsThese studies provide preclinical rationale to test CDK4/6i and radiotherapy in women with locally advanced ER
