The Clinical Prognostic Value of lncRNA SBF2-AS1 in Cancer Patients: A Meta-Analysis.
Synthesis in Technology in cancer research & treatment. The graph could read no effect estimate from its abstract, so it casts no vote on the map. Not yet cited in PubMed.
What it found
Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.
The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.
The trial behind it
Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.
Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract
backgroundThe mortality and recurrence of patients with cancer is of high prevalence. SET-binding factor 2 (SBF2) antisense RNA1 (lncRNA-SBF2-AS1) is a promising long non-coding RNA. There is increasing evidence that SBF2-AS1 is abnormally expressed in various tumors and is associated with cancer prognosis. However, the identification of the effect of lncRNA SBF2-AS1 in tumors remains necessary. MATERIALS AND
methodsUp to November 2, 2020, electronic databases, including PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMBASE, Medline, and Web of Science, were searched. The results were evaluated by pooled odds ratios (ORs) and hazard ratios (HRs) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs).
resultsA total of 11 literatures on cancer patients were included for the present meta-analysis. The combined results revealed that high expression of SBF2-AS1 was significantly associated with unfavorable overall survival (OS) (HR = 1.48, 95% CI: 1.34-1.62,
conclusionsOur results of this meta-analysis demonstrate that high SBF2-AS1 expression may become a potential target for predicting the prognosis of human cancers.
