ArticleDevelopment genes and evolution2021
Nucleo-cytoplasmic interactions affect the 5' terminal transcription of mitochondrial genes between the isonuclear CMS line UG93A and its maintainer line UG93B of kenaf (Hibiscus cannabinus).

What it found
Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.
The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.
The trial behind it
Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.
Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract
Gene expression and translation in plant mitochondria remain poorly understood due to the complicated transcription of its mRNA. In this study, we report the 5' and 3' RNA extremities and promoters of five mitochondrial genes, atp1, atp4, atp6, atp9, and cox3. The results reveal that four genes (atp1, atp4, atp6, and cox3) are transcribed from multiple initiation sites but with a uniform transcript at the 3' end, indicating that heterogeneity of the 5' end is a common feature in the transcription of kenaf mitochondrial genes. Furthermore, we found that the transcription initiation sites of these four genes are significantly different in UG93A, UG93B, and the F
