Synthesis, Antioxidant, and Antidiabetic Activities of Ketone Derivatives of Succinimide.
Article in Evidence-based complementary and alternative medicine : eCAM, 2022. The graph could read no effect estimate from its abstract, so it casts no vote on the map. Cited by 9 papers.
What it found
Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.
The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.
The trial behind it
Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.
Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract
The prevalence of diabetes mellitus is persistently increasing globally creating a serious public health affliction. Diabetes mellitus is categorized into two major types designated as type I and Type II. Type I diabetes mellitus is characterized by complete lack of secretion of insulin, while Type II diabetes mellitus is the resistance of peripheral tissues to the action of insulin and inadequate compensatory secretion of insulin. Chronic hyperglycemia associated with diabetes causes failure of cardiovascular system, nervous system, kidneys, and eyes. At present, different types of drugs are used for the management of diabetes, but each of them is associated with more or less serious side effects. Therefore, we need to develop new therapeutic agents that have better efficacy and safety profile. In this study, three ketone derivatives of succinimides were synthesized based on Michael addition and characterized using NMR. All the synthesized compounds were checked for their
