Expression Profiles of Long Noncoding RNAs and Messenger RNAs in a Rat Model of Spinal Cord Injury.
Article in Computational and mathematical methods in medicine, 2023. The graph could read no effect estimate from its abstract, so it casts no vote on the map. Cited by 5 papers, 2 of them syntheses that pooled it.
What it found
Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.
The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.
The trial behind it
Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.
Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract
Spinal cord injury (SCI) is a serious disorder of the central nervous system with a high disability rate. Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are reported to mediate many biological processes. The aim of this study was to explore lncRNA and mRNA expression profiles and functional networks after SCI. Differentially expressed genes between SCI model rats and sham controls were identified by microarray assays and analyzed by functional enrichment. Key lncRNAs were identified using a support vector machine- (SVM-) recursive feature elimination (RFE) algorithm. A trans and cis regulation model was used to analyze the regulatory relationships between lncRNAs and their targets. An lncRNA-related ceRNA network was established. We identified 5465 differentially expressed lncRNAs (DE lncRNAs) and 8366 differentially expressed mRNAs (DE mRNAs) in the SCI group compared with the sham group (fold change > 2.0,
