1 · What the graph read from it

What it found

Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.

The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.

2 · The registry

The trial behind it

Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.

Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract

Adeno-associated virus 2.5T (AAV2.5T) was selected from the directed evolution of AAV capsid library in human airway epithelia. This study found that recombinant AAV2.5T (rAAV2.5T) transduction of well-differentiated primary human airway epithelia induced a DNA damage response (DDR) characterized by the phosphorylation of replication protein A32 (RPA32), histone variant H2AX (H2A histone family member X), and all three phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase-related kinases: ataxia telangiectasia mutated kinase, ataxia telangiectasia and Rad3-related kinase (ATR), and DNA-dependent protein kinase catalytic subunit (DNA-PK
