1 · What the graph read from it

What it found

Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.

The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.

2 · The registry

The trial behind it

Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.

Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract

Wnt/β-catenin signaling is critical for various cellular processes in multiple cell types, including osteoblast (OB) differentiation and function. Exactly how Wnt/β-catenin signaling is regulated in OBs remain elusive. ATP6AP2, an accessory subunit of V-ATPase, plays important roles in multiple cell types/organs and multiple signaling pathways. However, little is known whether and how ATP6AP2 in OBs regulates Wnt/β-catenin signaling and bone formation. Here we provide evidence for ATP6AP2 in the OB-lineage cells to promote OB-mediated bone formation and bone homeostasis selectively in the trabecular bone regions. Conditionally knocking out (CKO) ATP6AP2 in the OB-lineage cells (Atp6ap2
