introductionToxoplasmosis is a worldwide distributed zoonosis caused by
methodSulfadiazine and pyrimethamine are two drugs used as standard therapies for human toxoplasmosis. Although they do not cause chronic infection, they may cause hematological toxicity, hypersensitivity, intolerance, teratogenic effects, gastrointestinal disorders, and bone marrow suppression.
