Abstract
Diabetic cardiomyopathy is an insidious and fatal disease, imposing major financial and social burdens on affected individuals. Among the various methods proposed for the treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy (DCM), treatments with natural products have achieved promising results due to their high efficiency and minimal side-effects. Literature was searched, analyzed, and collected using databases, including PubMed, Web of Science, Excerpt Medica, Science Direct, and Springer. In this study, we reviewed the DCM-related studies on 72 representative natural products.
