Predictors and Prognostic Factors of Heart Failure with Improved Ejection Fraction.
Article in Reviews in cardiovascular medicine, 2024. The graph could read no effect estimate from its abstract, so it casts no vote on the map. Cited by 6 papers.
What it found
Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.
The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.
The trial behind it
Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.
Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract
Background: Heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) patients who have improved ejection fraction have a better prognosis than those with persistently reduced ejection fraction. This study aimed to analyze the predictors for progression of patients with HFrEF to heart failure with improved ejection fraction (HFimpEF), as well as their characteristics and analyze predictors for prognosis. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 1251 patients with HFrEF at baseline, who also had a second echocardiogram Results: Multivariate logistic regression showed that without history of alcohol consumption (OR: 0.47, 95% CI: 0.28-0.78), non-New York Heart Association (NYHA) class III-IV (OR: 0.28, 95% CI: 0.15-0.52), without dilated cardiomyopathy (OR: 0.47, 95% CI: 0.26-0.84), concomitant hypertension (OR: 1.53, 95% CI: 1.02-2.29), Conclusions: HFrEF patients without a history of alcohol consumption, non-NYHA class III-IV, without dilated cardiomyopathy, concomitant hypertension,
