A novel neutralizing monoclonal antibody recognizes a linear antigenic epitope of the spike protein of swine acute diarrhoea syndrome coronavirus.

What it found
Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.
The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.
The trial behind it
Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.
Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract
Swine acute diarrhoea syndrome coronavirus (SADS-CoV) causes vomiting, severe diarrhoea and death in newborn piglets. The spike (S) protein plays a crucial role in promoting virus invasion and inducing neutralizing antibody production. In this study, the extracellular region of the S protein was used as an immunogen to immunize BALB/c mice. After immunization, B cells were collected, fused with SP2/0 myeloma cells, cultured and subcloned, and a cell line capable of secreting neutralizing antibodies was obtained and named as 5D6. Additionally, it was determined that the 5D6 mAb could be used as the primary antibody for western blotting and indirect immunofluorescence assay (IFA) to detect SADS-CoV. Further studies indicated that the 5D6 mAb binds to the
