1 · What the graph read from it

What it found

Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.

The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.

2 · The registry

The trial behind it

Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.

Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the expression of inositol polyphosphate 4-phosphatase type Ⅱ B (INPP4B) in colorectal cancer (CRC) and the relevant clinical significance, to determine the relationship between INPP4B and matrix metallopeptidase 7 (MMP7) in CRC cells, and to make preliminary exploration of the effects of INPP4B on the proliferation and migration of CRC cells and mechanisms involved. Methods: The TIMER2.0 and GEPIA2 databases were used to analyze the differences in Results: Analysis with the TIMER2.0 database and GEPIA2 database showed elevated Conclusion: INPP4B is highly expressed in CRC tissues and significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis, neural invasion, and patient prognosis.
