Abstract

The immunoregulation of tissue-engineered bone has emerged as a prominent area for bone defect repair. While this field demonstrates considerable potential, effectively managing relevant factors and maintaining a balanced immune microenvironment in practical applications remain substantial challenges that require resolution.
