[Expression and regulatory mechanism of miR-34a in neonatal rat model of bron-chopulmonary dysplasia induced by hyperoxia].
Article in Beijing da xue xue bao. Yi xue ban = Journal of Peking University. Health sciences, 2025. The graph could read no effect estimate from its abstract, so it casts no vote on the map. Not yet cited in PubMed.
What it found
Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.
The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.
The trial behind it
Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.
Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract
objectiveTo investigate the expression and possible regulatory mechanism of miR-34a in the lung tissue of neonatal rat model of bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) induced by hyperoxia.
methodsIn the study, 80 newborn SD rats were randomly divided into hyperoxia group (FiO
resultsThe weight of rats in the hyperoxia group on the 7th, 14th and 21st days after birth was significantly lower than that in the air group (
conclusionThe new BPD model of newborn SD rats can be successfully established by continuous exposure to 60% hyperoxia. The expression of miR-34a was up-regulated in the lung tissue of the new BPD model of neonatal rats. MiR-34a may play an important role in the occurrence and development of BPD by regulating Ang-1/Tie-2 signal pathway.
