Network Pharmacology-Based Elucidation of the Hypoglycemic Mechanism of
Article in Nutrients, 2025. The graph could read no effect estimate from its abstract, so it casts no vote on the map. Not yet cited in PubMed.
What it found
Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.
The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.
The trial behind it
Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.
Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract
BACKGROUND/
objectivesOur lab has previously reported that
methodsLiver protein and gene expression in normal control (NC), diabetic control (DC), and GF5000-treated (GF5000) rats were analyzed via iTRAQ and RNA-seq. The relationships between differentially expressed genes (DEGs), differentially expressed proteins (DEPs), and type 2 diabetes (T2DM) disease targets were studied using Metascape and the Cytoscape GeneMANIA plug-in.
resultsOne hundred and fifty-two DEGs and sixty-two DEPs were identified; twenty DEGs/DEPs exhibited the same trend in mRNA and protein expression levels when comparing the GF5000 vs. DC groups. The Metascape analysis revealed that the T2DM disease targets included four DEGs-
conclusionsThese results provide theoretical evidence for the use of GF5000 as a potential active nutritional ingredient for the prevention and treatment of T2DM. Our findings suggest that GF5000 targets multiple pathways implicated in T2DM, offering a multi-faceted approach to disease management and prevention.
