Prognostic Significance of lncRNA ATB and SNHG16 Expression Levels in Patients with Hepatocellular Carcinoma.
Article in Iranian journal of pathology, 2025. The graph could read no effect estimate from its abstract, so it casts no vote on the map. Not yet cited in PubMed.
What it found
Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.
The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.
The trial behind it
Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.
Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract
Background & Objective: Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are transcripts longer than 200 nucleotides, a major component of noncoding RNAs. Previous studies have shown the oncogenic role of various lncRNAs. This study aimed to explore the expression and prognostic value of ATB and SNHG16 in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: ATB and SNHG16 expression in tumor and adjacent normal tissues was identified using real-time quantitative PCR. In this study, patients were divided into 2 groups based on the expression level of each gene, and the correlation between expression level and clinicopathological features of patients with HCC was investigated. All data were analyzed using SPSS version 22. Results: Of the lncRNAs examined in this study, ATB was expressed at significantly higher levels in tumor tissues. However, this overexpression was not associated with any clinicopathological features of HCC patients. Conclusion: In this study, overexpression of ATB and SNHG16 was not associated with survival rate or clinicopathological features of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.
