This patent application pertains to a novel class of peptide triagonists, generally represented by Formula I. These peptides exhibit selective activities toward GIPR (gastric inhibitory polypeptide receptor), GLP-1R (glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor), and GCGR (glucagon receptor).
