Multi-omics reveals effects of diet FNDF/starch level on growth performance and rumen development of Hu sheep.
Article in Frontiers in microbiology, 2025. The graph could read no effect estimate from its abstract, so it casts no vote on the map. Cited by 2 papers.
What it found
Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.
The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.
The trial behind it
Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.
Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract
To maximize the utilization of nutritional components in diet to enhance the growth performance of Hu sheep, this study investigates the effects of varying forage neutral detergent fiber (FNDF) to starch ratio levels in the diet on the rumen microbial flora, metabolites and expression in the rumen epithelium through sequencing techniques involving microbiomes, metabolomics and transcriptomes. Thirty-six male Hu sheep (2 months old) with similar weight [(10 ± 0.5) kg] were randomly divided into four groups of nine sheep each, and were divided into groups A (FNDF/starch = 0), B (FNDF/starch = 0.23), C (FNDF/starch = 0.56) and D (FNDF/starch = 1.10) with different FNDF/starch of pelleted rations, respectively. The results indicated that average daily gain (ADG) and average daily feed intake (ADFI) of group B, C and D were significantly higher than group A (
