Evaluation of the Safety and Antiproliferative Activity of Bulgarian Rose Essential Oil: An In Vitro and In Silico Model of Colorectal Adenocarcinoma.
Article in Current issues in molecular biology, 2025. The graph could read no effect estimate from its abstract, so it casts no vote on the map. Cited by 1 paper.
What it found
Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.
The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.
The trial behind it
Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.
Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract
The side effects of conventional cancer treatments, such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, etc., worsen the quality of life of patients. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the possibilities of creating new drugs containing natural products with low toxicity. The experimental scientific pharmacological research of rose preparations in Bulgaria began in the first half of the 20th century. Bulgarian rose essential oil (BREO) is qualified by GC FID analysis. To study the effect of the BREO, we used HCT-8 and HT-29 tumor cell lines. As a model of healthy tissue, we used the non-tumorigenic cells MCF-12F. Cells were treated with twofold increasing concentrations of BREO from 7.5 µg/mL to 1000 µg/mL. The NRU test and MTT assay were used for evaluation of the safety, antiproliferative activity and colony formation assay. Our results showed low cytotoxicity (CC
