Abstract

Huntington's disease (HD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder characterized by CAG repeat expansion in the HTT gene, leading to oxidative stress, mitochondrial dysfunction, and neuroinflammation. Conventional therapies offer only symptomatic relief with limited efficacy.
