1 · What the graph read from it

What it found

Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.

The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.

2 · The registry

The trial behind it

Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.

Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract

Background: Diaphragmatic pregnancy is a rare type of ectopic pregnancy, and its clinical manifestations are complicated and easy to misdiagnose, which presents great challenges for clinical diagnosis and treatment. We report a case of diaphragmatic pregnancy and describe its difficult but successful diagnosis and treatment in detail. Patient presentation: A 34-year-old woman from northern China was admitted to the hospital with delayed menstruation and right upper abdominal pain with right shoulder pain (Kehr's sign). An initial emergency laparoscopy for suspected ruptured ectopic pregnancy revealed hemoperitoneum but failed to identify the ectopic pregnancy tissue, likely due to an incomplete surgical survey. Subsequent serial Conclusion: This case highlights that Kehr's sign is a crucial diagnostic clue for upper abdominal ectopic pregnancy. A systematic survey of the entire abdomen, including the diaphragm, is mandatory during laparoscopy to avoid diagnostic omission. The sequential combination of chemotherapy and surgical treatment may represent an effective strategy to minimize surgical risk and optimize outcomes for this high-risk condition.
