Abstract
objectiveTo investigate the effects of auricular pressure bean combined with wrist-ankle needle on cognitive function and prognosis in migraine patients with comorbid anxiety and depressive disorders.
methodsA retrospective study was conducted on 99 migraine patients treated at Hefei First People's Hospital between January and December 2023. Based on therapeutic protocols, participants were allocated into auricular pressure bean group (

conclusionThe combined therapy can significantly relieve the pain and anxiety and depression symptoms of migraine patients, improve cognitive function and quality of life, and reduce recurrence rate. It shows better efficacy than single therapy.
