1 · What the graph read from it

What it found

Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.

The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.

2 · The registry

The trial behind it

Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.

Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract

backgroundApoptotic vesicles (apoVs), a specialized subtype of extracellular vesicles released during cellular apoptosis, play crucial roles in intercellular communication and immune regulation. In recent years, their functions in various physiological and pathological processes have garnered increasing attention. MAIN BODY: This review provides a comprehensive overview of the biological characteristics, formation mechanisms, and functional implications of apoVs in various diseases. It particularly emphasizes the potential clinical applications of apoVs in diagnostics and therapeutics. By integrating the latest research advancements, the review analyzes the molecular cargo packaging mechanisms of apoVs and their impact on functionality, assessing their prospects as drug carriers and immune modulators.

conclusionsBy synthesizing existing research findings, this review aims to provide a systematic theoretical foundation and practical strategies for both fundamental research and clinical translation of apoptotic vesicles. Further investigation into apoptotic vesicles is expected to offer novel insights and approaches for the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases.
