Weimishu prescription alleviates liver-stomach disharmony and chronic gastritis by reducing inflammation and regulating gastric stem cell differentiation.
Article in Journal of traditional Chinese medicine = Chung i tsa chih ying wen pan, 2026. The graph could read no effect estimate from its abstract, so it casts no vote on the map. Not yet cited in PubMed.
What it found
Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.
The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.
The trial behind it
Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.
Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract
objectiveTo investigate the therapeutic effect of Weimishu prescription (, WMSP) on chronic gastritis with liver-stomach disharmony (CG-LSD) and elucidate its molecular mechanisms involved in regulating the nuclear factor kappa-B (NF-κB) inflammatory response and gastric stem cell (GSC) differentiation.
methodsA CG-LSD rat model was established through a combined protocol involving 56% ethanol and tail-clip stimulation. Rats were administered with low-, medium-, or high-dose WMSP, the positive control drug omeprazole, or high-dose WMSP with the NF-κB agonist phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA). Histopathological changes were assessed
resultsWMSP significantly increased rat locomotor activity, improved Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores, and ameliorated pathological damage to the gastric mucosa while reducing gastric mucosal epithelial cells apoptosis. WMSP also increased the proportion of Lgr5
conclusionsWMSP ameliorated gastric mucosal injury in CG-LSD rats by regulating the NF-κB/β-catenin signaling pathway, thereby suppressing inflammation and promoting gastric stem cell differentiation. These findings highlight the therapeutic potential of WMSP, providing the foundation for further clinical evaluations of WMSP in CG-LSD treatment.
