1 · What the graph read from itWhat it found
Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.
The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.
2 · The registryThe trial behind it
Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.
Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Objective: To investigate whether the novel proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9) inhibitor Inclisiran exerts protective effects on the kidneys under high-glucose conditions, and to predict whether its mechanism involves the transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) pathway using proteomic techniques, while constructing its regulatory network. Methods: Healthy male C57BL/6J mice were randomly assigned to four groups: Group A (control, Results: After modeling, blood glucose, urine protein/creatinine ratio, blood creatinine, cholesterol, and other indicators in groups B, C, and D were significantly higher than those in group A, with group B showing the highest values ( Conclusion: Inclisiran may improve the lipid profile of type 2 diabetic mice and reduce the activity of the TGF-β pathway. Its mechanism of action may be related to effects such as extracellular matrix proliferation.
