Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) exhibits poor prognosis partly due to dysregulated calcium signaling. Here, we integrated bulk RNA-seq (TCGA/LUAD, n = 440) and single-cell sequencing (GSE131907) to identify calmodulin-related prognostic genes.
