Changes in the Expression Levels of Hypoxia-Inducible Factor Isoforms and Their Regulating microRNAs in Peripheral Blood Leukocytes after Hypoxic Exposure in Wistar Rats with Different Tolerance to Oxygen Deficiency.
Article in Bulletin of experimental biology and medicine, 2026. The graph could read no effect estimate from its abstract, so it casts no vote on the map. Not yet cited in PubMed.
What it found
Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.
The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.
The trial behind it
Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.
Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract
Following a single, severe hypoxic exposure (7000 m, 1 h), changes in the expression levels of Hif1a, Epas1 (Hif2a), and Hif3a mRNA, as well as miR-210, miR-107, miR-145, and miR-155 microRNAs in peripheral blood leukocytes were assessed in hypoxia-tolerant (HT) and hypoxia-susceptible (HS) male Wistar rats. HT animals exhibited a significant 148% increase in Epas1 expression, and HS animals demonstrated a 142% increase in Hif3a expression. Reduced expression levels of rno-miR-210-3p, rno-miR-145-3p, and rno-miR-155-3p in HT rats and increased expression of rno-miR-107-5p in HS rats were also detected. These differences confirm previous data obtained in in vitro and in vivo experiments and indicate a more pronounced adaptive response to oxygen deficiency in HS animals.
