Abstract

The dynamic interplay between bacteria and host cancer cells plays a critical role in tumor microenvironment modulation, bacterial pathogenesis, and potential oncotherapy applications. However, traditional methods often fail to capture transient or spatially restricted molecular interactions at the bacteria-cancer cell interface.
