Abstract
Cutaneous Melanoma is a biologically heterogeneous malignancy. Although recent therapeutic advances have improved survival, durable remissions remain elusive for many patients. Surgical excision with stage-appropriate margins and selective nodal staging remains the cornerstone of curative-intent management.
