Shenzhu Guanxin Formula (SGF), a traditional Chinese medicinal compound comprising nine classical herbal constituents, has demonstrated clinical efficacy in the treatment of coronary heart disease. However, its bioactive components and mechanistic underpinnings in atherosclerosis (AS) remain elusive.
