Abstract

Objective: This study aims to investigate the association between the single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) rs1800977 and rs2066714 in the ATP-binding cassette transporter A1 ( Methods: A case-control study was conducted, including 266 CHD patients and 112 controls. Genotyping of the SNPs was performed using PCR and single base extension methods. Allele and genotype frequencies were compared, and sex-stratified analyses were conducted.
