Chronic heart failure (CHF) is characterized by heightened cardiac sympathetic activity and neuroinflammation within the stellate ganglia (SG), contributing to cardiac arrhythmogenesis. However, the upstream mediators of this neuroimmune interaction remain incompletely defined.
