Article in Clinical kidney journal, 2026. The graph could read no effect estimate from its abstract, so it casts no vote on the map. It is linked to trial NCT05248646 (A Phase 3, Multicenter, Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled Trial to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Sibeprenlimab Administered Subcutaneously in Subjects With Immunoglobulin A Nephropathy.), which is not on this map. Not yet cited in PubMed.

1 · What the graph read from it

What it found

Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.

The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.

Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.

Abstract

Background: Immunoglobulin A (IgA) nephropathy is a progressive immune-mediated chronic kidney disease with a high prevalence and disease burden in East Asia, including China. In a prespecified interim analysis (IA) of the global phase 3 VISIONARY trial, treatment with sibeprenlimab led to significant placebo-adjusted reduction in 24-hour urine protein-to-creatinine ratio (uPCR-24h) of 51.2% ( Methods: Patients ( Results: By the China IA data cutoff (January 2025), 42 patients from mainland China completed the 9-month uPCR-24h assessment (sibeprenlimab, Conclusions: Interim efficacy and safety results for the mainland China cohort were consistent with the IA of the global cohort of the VISIONARY trial (ClinicalTrials.gov: NCT05248646).
