The effect of values education on students' attitudes toward values: A meta-analysis of graduate theses conducted in Türkiye.
Article in Frontiers in psychology, 2026. The graph could read no effect estimate from its abstract, so it casts no vote on the map. Not yet cited in PubMed.
What it found
Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.
The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.
The trial behind it
Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.
Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract
The relationship between an attitude and values is a key factor in determining the strength of that attitude. Holding a value-based attitude lends strength to that attitude. The process of acquiring values begins in the family and continues systematically in schools. The literature contains a gap regarding the processes of instilling values, highlighting the need for comprehensive and up-to-date meta-analyses, while further research is needed to explain the relationship between attitudes and values across different cultures. In this research, which uses a meta-analytic approach, the effect of values education practices on students' attitudes toward values was examined. Within the scope of the study, 6,556 theses conducted in Türkiye were examined, and 62 theses were included in the meta-analysis. In accordance with the inclusion criteria, the studies in the sample represent a total of 1,788 students from preschool to university. It was determined that the implemented values education practices had a large positive effect on students' attitudes (
